HVAC Maintenance in Roswell

A close look at your cooling before summer and your heating before winter, with every reading written down.

Spot Trouble While It's Small

Breakdowns usually whisper before they shout. A capacitor top starts to bulge. A drain line gets sluggish. A flame sensor picks up a gray film. A blower wheel cakes with dust until it pushes half the air it should. Tune-ups are where we catch those whispers, while the fix is cheap and the weather is easy. We suggest a cooling visit each spring, before our long summer puts months of hard work on the condenser, and a heating visit each fall, before that first frost. For cooling we rinse the outdoor coil, flush the condensate line, meter capacitors and contactors, snug electrical lugs and take refrigerant and airflow readings. For heating we inspect burners, igniter, flame sensor, inducer and every safety switch, and on heat pumps we test defrost and backup heat. Each visit wraps up with a fresh filter and a written sheet listing what we checked, what we measured and anything that should be handled soon. There's no plan to join and nothing to renew. Ring us when the season turns and we'll come do the work.

Our Tune-Up Checklist

Worked through every visit, adjusted for the kind of system you own.

  • Coils rinsed

Outdoor condenser fins washed and the indoor coil looked over for grime.

  • Drain flushed

Condensate line cleared and its float switch tripped on purpose to confirm it works.

  • Electrical metered

Capacitors and contactors tested and every lug snugged down.

  • Charge readings

Gauges on to catch refrigerant running short before it freezes a coil.

  • Airflow measured

Blower, filter and return path checked so the system isn't gasping.

  • Burners and igniter

Gas furnace burners, igniter and flame sensor inspected and cleaned.

  • Safety switches

Limits and pressure switches tested so the furnace shuts itself off if something goes sideways.

  • Filter plus write-up

New filter slid in and a written results sheet handed over.

How Your Tune-Up Goes

  1. Grab a slot

Ring us a few weeks ahead of the season change. Mention the type of system and anything that has felt off.

  2. Checklist time

Our tech cleans, meters and measures, jotting down anything worn or out of range as the visit goes.

  3. Go over the sheet

You get the written results and a plain chat about anything that needs fixing. Repairs are always quoted before they happen.
